Initial Screening

This is a 30 minute call to get to know you and understand your areas of expertise and previous projects you worked on.

Technical Behavioural Interview

Next, we will spend an hour chatting about your specific technical experience, approach to engineering and architectural decisions (and trade-offs) you've been through.

Paid Take-home Coding Assignment

For engineering roles, you will receive a paid take-home assignment that takes 4-6 hours to complete over the next few days.

04

Assignment Review & Offer

We will review your code for the assignment and ask about the architectural decisions that were made. The final step after that is reference checks & presenting our offer!
